Everyone has been so patient.

Rogue still leads the pack at 2 lbs. & 13 oz. Of course she's the first one up to the dinner plate! She's such an easygoing little girl.

Magnus (it was only a matter of time - we call him Maggie) is 2 lbs., 12 oz.

Logan (Juniper may have a point about names) is 2 lbs., 10 oz.

Jeanie is 2 lbs., 9 oz.

Remy, who now has a most perfect little goatee on his wee chin, is 2 lbs., 5 1/2 oz.

Charlie says "I'm not the smallest any more!!" 2 lbs., 1/2 oz.

And little Storm also lets me know that names can have dangerous consequences. Our little tempest is exactly 2 lbs. of feistiness.

Words defined as stronger than cute.

According to my thesaurus, synonyms for cute are attractive, pretty, delightful, charming, endearing, adorable, sweet, appealing, darling, lovable... hmmm... Some of those might also qualify as stronger than cute. But I like the following so much better. I've included photos in case you've never familiarized yourself with these terms before.

Charlie - 1 lb. 4 oz.





Rogue - 1 lb. 13.5 oz. (nearly tripled her birth weight!) I think it's clear I'm not the only one who thinks this girl is looking pretty good so far. Those markings are stunning.




Jeanie - 1 lb. 9 oz. "But I don't wanna do this right now!!"






Magnus - 1 lb. 13.5 oz. I think Jimmy Durante came back as my Maggie boy.

Oh that's goo-oo-ood. Don't stop. Whatever you do, don't ever stop.




Logan - 1 lb. 12 oz. He's the lightest brindle....

Remy - 1 lb. 9 oz.



Pure fortuitous circumstance that created a goatee for my Le Diable Blanc (one of X-Men's Gambit's nicknames as a street punk).



And I can't get enough puppy yawning pictures.





Storm - 1 lb. 4.5 oz.


I've been told over and over how smart their markings are. Photographing their show sides I think really shows them off. The big collars and nice angles on the markings on the shoulders. Every little bit helps right? But only time will tell which will ones will know the ring.

Ears are open now. I clapped and nothing. I squealed, "Puppy, puppy, puppy!" And OMG, how the raucous bunch went crazy. Started the noise socialization today with a recording of dog show noises (thank you!!). Complete with blow driers and dogs barking and people yelling at them to be quiet. Puppies slept through it. Kayla *eventually* calmed down. Of course in truth, with 3 kids in our home, noise socialization started with me yelling: "Would you shut the bleep up? Kayla's getting anxious." :-D

Day 10

Storm 15 oz.





Magnus @ 19.5.






Logan @ 18.5 and saying "rrrrrr, roof." I'm not kidding.





Remy is 18.5 too but just gave us a little "rrr." Getting in touch with his Spanish maybe?






Wee Charlie is gaining consistently and weighed in at 14 oz.

And drumroll please......
Rogue, my almost-black girl, has outdistanced her siblings and is at 22 oz!!





Not sure but I think Kayla has good milkshakes.

First let me say my scale sucks. But I am confident that all are gaining. Yay!!

Here's Charlie: 8.5 oz. Magnus seems to bully and push him around. But Charlie is learning to hold his own. And I am supplementing him every 2 hours today along with getting him back on the nipple every time I check in with them.



Of course, Magnus has an unfair advantage. He is the biggest and the strongest at 13 oz.



Rogue is the hefty girl at 12 oz. today.



Logan 11 oz.



Remy says, "I love my mama, she good to me, I guarantee." We can tell you like her, Remy. You gained a whole ounce today to bring you up to 10.5.



Little Storm at just under 9 oz.



Little Jeanie 9.5.
